At CES 2026, representing Alexandria Customs.

I spent over three years working full-time as a builder at Alexandria Customs, a professional computer shop here in Eastern Ontario. That included representing the shop at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, one of the largest technology trade shows in the world. In that time I built hundreds of systems, handled tech repairs, and learned how to do the job properly, with a focus on reliability, thorough testing, and clean work. Working in a professional shop environment taught me standards that I carry into every build and repair I do today. I'm grateful for the experience and knowledge I gained there.

When the shop downsized and I was let go, I decided to start building on my own. I had spent three years doing this work, I enjoyed it, and I didn't want to stop. Custom PC Pro came out of that decision. It lets me work directly with clients and give each build and repair the time and attention it needs without the constraints of a larger operation.
