2-Year System Warranty

Every computer built by Custom PC Pro includes a 2-Year System Warranty at no extra cost. This covers my labour and support to keep your system running smoothly.

What Is Included

For two (2) years from your purchase date, I provide:

Comprehensive Labour & Support Coverage

  • Free Repair Labour: If a part breaks, I will diagnose the issue and install the replacement part for free.
  • Warranty Management: I handle the warranty process (RMA) with the manufacturer for you. I deal with the paperwork and shipping of defective parts.
  • Free Annual Cleaning: Once a year, you can bring your PC to my shop for a free dust cleaning and check-up.
  • Free Upgrade Installation: If you buy new parts from me (like more RAM or a new graphics card) during the warranty period, I will install them for free.

Hardware Coverage

The physical parts in your PC (Processor, Graphics Card, etc.) are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty.

How Hardware Replacement Works

  • If the manufacturer covers the broken part, the replacement is free.
  • If the manufacturer's warranty has expired or the claim is denied, you only pay for the cost of the new part. My labour to install it is still free.

Warranty Limitations

There are a few things this warranty does not cover:

What's Not Covered

  • Data Loss: I am not responsible for your personal data. Please back up your files before bringing your PC in for service.
  • Software Issues: Problems caused by viruses, Windows errors, or software conflicts are not covered by the warranty.
  • Physical Damage: Damage caused by drops, spills, or power surges is not covered.

How to Get Service

All warranty service is done at my shop in Cornwall, Ontario.

Simple Service Process
  1. Contact me via my contact page to describe the problem.
  2. Once I confirm the issue, you can drop off your PC at my location.

Note: If you are not local, you are responsible for any shipping costs to get the PC to and from my shop.
